The handshake
The same sign-in-and-approve flow, on Xero’s or Sage’s page. Desktop Sage 50 has no clean connection, so we set up a synced sheet that stands in for it — your audit confirms which world you’re in before anything is quoted.

The engine reads what’s overdue — who, how much, how long — and when an invoice is paid, the chase closes itself.

04The safety rails
Five rules, none optional.
They hold from the first minute of setup day, for every client, with no switch to turn them off.
Your staff approve every word
Shadow mode is the default. The Chaser drafts; your people read, edit, approve or reject. Going live is a switch only you flip — never a default, never assumed.
Every action lands in the log
Each draft, approval, send, reply and escalation is one timestamped line in the run log, open to you at any time. “What did it do yesterday?” always has an exact answer.
Credentials stay encrypted
The permissions you grant are encrypted at rest and used server-side only, and every use writes its own log line. Revoking them is one click inside your own Google, Microsoft, Xero or Sage account.
The DPA comes before your data
A GDPR data processing agreement is signed before anything is connected — before setup day, not after. Your data lives in an EU-region database, and deletion is one request away.
It says what it is
Every message discloses the AI — an assistant working for your business, signed as such. It keeps office hours too: nothing sends before 09:00 or after 18:00 Irish time, with per-recipient limits so no client gets hounded.
