The Quoter

Tadhg the heron — yours gets the name you choose

Prices the job the day it lands, then asks for the answer until there is one.

Turns an enquiry into a priced quote, sends it, chases the yes.

Most quotes go out late and half of them are never followed up. This one goes out the same day and comes back with an answer.

Questions people ask

Does it set our prices?

No. It prices off the rate card you hand it at setup, and anything the card does not cover is held for you to price yourself. The first week is drafts only, so you see every number before a customer does.

What does a quoting agent cost?

A one-time setup of €300–500, credited back at month three, and after that you pay per result: €8 per quote sent and answered. A quiet month is the €45 minimum, and however busy it gets the bill stops at €400. It typically takes 4–10 hours a week of quoting off you, which is €600–1,500 of loaded time.

What if the customer never replies?

It follows up inside your contact hours and stops at the end of the ladder instead of nagging. The quote is then marked lost and counted, so your win rate stays honest.
