Watch a chase resolve itself

Example · VANO, our own business

VANO is Ayush’s other business in Galway — same-day home help. This thread is an example of the queue the Chaser was built for, not a chase it has run.

Morning Ciara — a nudge on invoice #148 (€240, the four September changeovers, due 21 days ago). Could you settle it this week, or tell me if something’s holding it up? — sent by VANO’s assistant, an AI, approved by a person before it left

Questions people ask

Does it email clients without anyone checking?

Not until you say so. Every chase runs in shadow mode first — your staff approve, edit or reject each draft from their phone. You flip it to autopilot when you trust it, and you can flip it back.

What does an invoice-chasing AI agent cost?

A one-time setup of €300–500, credited back at month three, and after that you pay per result: €6 per invoice or document actually resolved. A quiet month is the €45 minimum, and however busy it gets the bill stops at €350. It typically removes 6–12 hours of chasing a week, which is €900–1,800 of loaded staff time.

What if we don't use Xero or Sage?

It reads a shared spreadsheet instead. The setup call decides which route your business is on — no integration ever blocks the install.

Hired most by agencies, accountants and bookkeepers, letting agents, clinics and salons, freelancers and consultants and gyms and fitness studios.
